The program’s toll-free number is widely publicized at community events, in print, online and at the Patient Education Center. Callers receive personal attention from a program coordinator, and are directed to the contact person for research studies in their area of interest. Callers may also be directed to the Mayo clinical trials website and/or clinicaltrials.gov for more information about studies for which they may qualify.
