Metabolomics at Mayo Clinic
Metabolomics is the systematic study of the unique chemical fingerprints that specific cellular processes leave behind. Mayo Clinic is a leader in this emerging field and will present its novel data in metabolomics at this first-ever workshop.

Workshop goals
- Provide new information and data from Mayo Clinic's CTSA metabolomics core through lectures by Mayo Clinic and visiting faculty
- Provide education on emerging metabolomics methodologies and its application in basic, translational and clinical research
- Present data on use of metabolomic tools and biomarkers in clinical research
- Expose researchers to methods of incorporating metabolomic analyses into research
Who should attend?
- Translational science investigators, KL2 and other K-award scholars and research fellows interested in this emerging field

- D. Grahame Hardie, Ph.D., Professor of Cellular Signaling, University of Dundee, Scotland
